A unique feature here is the Tapt Kund, a natural hot water spring where many pilgrims bathe before visiting the temple to pray. The temple is one of the 108 Divya Desams, sacred to Vaishnavism, where Vishnu is worshipped as Badrinath.

Day 1: Arrival and Rishikesh

After arriving in Dehradun by flight from Kochi, proceed by road to Rishikesh.
After hotel check-in, experience the divine atmosphere of the Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Niketan, one of the most renowned spiritual experiences in Rishikesh.
Later, visit the iconic Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula areas and explore the spiritual charm of Rishikesh.

Day 2: Rishikesh to Sonaprayag

After breakfast, begin the journey towards the Himalayan region and Sonprayag.
En route, if weather and road conditions permit, visit the sacred Triyuginarayan Temple, traditionally believed to be the place where Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati were married.
After reaching Sonprayag, prepare for the next day's Kedarnath pilgrimage and take rest.

One of the most important days of our pilgrimage begins today.After reaching Gaurikund, begin the journey towards Kedarnath. Depending on weather conditions, government regulations and availability, the permitted travel facilities will be used for the onward journey.Upon reaching Kedarnath, seek the blessings of Shri Kedarnath Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas and one of the most important temples among the Panch Kedar.

Begin the return journey from Kedarnath early in the morning and proceed towards Sonprayag.
From Sonprayag, continue towards Chopta via Ukhimath, enjoying the changing landscapes of the Himalayas along the way.
The journey offers beautiful views of mountain ranges, green valleys, forests and traditional Himalayan settlements.

Today is a special day where spirituality and Himalayan nature come together.
Begin the trek from Chopta to Tungnath Temple, one of the Panch Kedar temples and one of the highest Shiva temples in the world.
After darshan at Tungnath, proceed towards Chandrashila, subject to time, weather and physical conditions.
From Chandrashila, enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the Himalayan ranges. The spectacular mountain scenery makes this one of the memorable experiences of the journey.
Later, proceed through Chamoli towards Badrinath.

Begin the day with darshan at the sacred Badrinath Temple, one of the most important pilgrimage centres in India and one of the four Char Dham destinations.
After darshan, visit Brahma Kapal, where devotees have the opportunity to perform Pitru Pooja / Pitru Tarpanam, according to their family traditions and beliefs and have opportunity to attend satsang with Rawal ji
Continue towards Mana Village, Saraswati River, followed by Vyas Gufa and Ganesh Gufa, Narasimha Temple and Joshimath,.
Continue towards Rudraprayag for the night.

After reaching Rishikesh and checking into the hotel, the remaining time can be used for local sightseeing, shopping and relaxation.
Enjoy the final evening of the Punya Himalaya Yatra in Rishikesh.
